What we solve

The five things hostels always ask us about first.

  • Fast turnover — new guests every 1-3 nights
  • Budget constraints — margins are thin
  • Quality consistency without over-investing
  • Damage from guests you can't bill back

Built for the way hostels operate.

Industry-specific operations, not a one-size-fits-all consumer service.

12-24h turnaround guarantee

Same-day service on request. Standard 24h. Your next check-in has clean linens on the bed — every time.

Bulk kg-based pricing

Simple per-kilo pricing, no complex service catalogue. Perfect for small operations that just need linen back clean.

Damage-tolerance for guest-abused sheets

Stains, tears, minor burns — we treat and repair rather than reject. You pay for the wash, not the drama.

Free waste/damaged linen replacement in first month

We swap out any damaged linens free for the first 30 days so you can benchmark our service against the sheets you started with.

Sector FAQ

Questions hostels always ask.

Direct answers. If we don't know, we say so.

How is kg pricing calculated — bag weight vs finished weight?
We weigh dry, finished linen at pickup on our route van. That number goes on the invoice. No tares, no hidden per-item add-ons.
Do you handle guest-abused sheets — stains, tears, small burns?
Yes — enzymatic pre-treatment recovers 80%+ of the worst offenders. Minor tears are repaired free; anything beyond rescue we replace under the aggregate damage cover.
How fast can you spin up a new hostel?
7 days from signed contract to first pickup. We supply a starter linen kit on 30-day loan so you can prove volume before buying your own.
Do you serve seasonal hostels only open in summer?
Yes — 3-month contracts are available for the June-Aug operators, with 0% cancellation for the off-season. Priced 12% higher than a 12-month contract to cover the seasonality risk.
What is the notice period on your contracts?
30 days rolling on the monthly plan; six-month rolling with 60-day notice. No auto-renew.
Do you provide branded linens or towels?
Yes — starting from £1.20/item embroidery on rented linens, or one-off logo screen-print on your own inventory. Turnaround 10 days.
Can we track individual bags of laundry?
Every pickup gets a barcode; the guest-linen bag is scanned at drop-off, weigh-in, and return. You can look up any bag in the last 90 days by scanning the barcode.
What time do you pick up and drop off?
Standard window is 09:00-13:00 pickup, 16:00-20:00 next-day delivery. A fixed slot can be negotiated for an extra £15/month if that matters for your check-in flow.
