Frequently asked questions
How long is the free trial?
The trial runs for 30 days from signup. You get full access to everything in the Professional plan — branches, automation, WhatsApp gateway, the lot. No credit card required to start, and we send a reminder a week before the trial ends.
Can I bring my own domain?
Yes. On Professional and Enterprise you can point your own domain (or subdomain) at your branded customer portal — full DNS instructions and a managed TLS certificate are included. Starter customers run on a *.laundrylite.app subdomain.
Is my data isolated from other operators?
Every operator is a separate tenant with row-level isolation in the database, scoped JWTs, and scoped object storage. Enterprise customers can optionally request a dedicated database instance.
Which payment processors do you support?
Stripe and PayPal are built in across all plans. Enterprise can plug in regional processors (Razorpay, Mollie, Adyen) through our processor adapter.
Do you support multi-currency?
Yes — pricing, invoices and reporting all support per-branch currency. Conversion is handled at invoice time using the rate locked at order creation, so revenue reporting stays clean.
How do I cancel?
One click in your billing settings, no phone call. You keep access until the end of the current billing period, and we provide a full export of your customers, orders and invoices on the way out — your data is always yours.
